Having troubles getting an order placed due to issues at checkout?

Transaction Problems:

- AVS:

     Try another payment type, such as PayPal, AmazonPay, GooglePay/ApplePay or Venmo.

- Risk Thereshold:

     Please wait 5 minutes or more before attempting your transaction again or opt for a different payment type, such as PayPal, AmazonPay, GooglePay/ApplePay or Venmo.

- Do Not Honor:

     Your bank is unwilling to accept this transaction. Please contact your bank for more details regarding this generic decline.

Limit Exceeded:

     The transaction attempt exceeded the limit of your account. Please try your transaction with an alternative payment method (PayPal, AmazonPay, GooglePay/ApplePay or Venmo) or contact your bank for more details.

- Card Issuer Declined CVV:

     Invalid security code entered, please review the CVV number and attempt your transaction again. If the decline persists you may need to contact your bank.

Processor Declined - Fraud Suspected:

     Your bank suspects fraudulent activity, please contact your bank for more details. 

Transaction Not Allowed:

     Your bank is declining the transaction for unspecified easons, possibly due to an issue with the card itself. Please try your transaction with an alternative payment method (PayPal, AmazonPay, GooglePay/ApplePay or Venmo) or contact your bank for more details.

Declined:

     Your bank is unwilling to accept this transaction. For credit/debit card transactions, you will need to contact your bank for more details regarding this generic decline; if this is a PayPal transaction you will need to contact PayPal. 

 

Address Problems:

Please Specify A RegionId in the Shipping Address:

     Navigate to your Sock Dreams Account and click on "Address Book." From here you can alter your saved addresses and add new shipping/billing addresses. Then, navigate back to checkout and try your order again.
