Drat! Something is missing from my order!
Our dazzling Dreamers do their best to check for accuracy before passing orders along to the Sock Ninjas in our shipping department. If you find that we’ve missed an item in your order, we’ll gladly ship the item to you ASAP or give you store credit towards another item. Please email us (email@example.com) and let us know what happened, and we’ll leap into action!
Ack! There seems to be a hole! This is the wrong thing!
Darn those rascally sock gremlins! They’re notorious for chewing on socks and switching things around when we aren’t looking…
If you’ve received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you in error, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date to let us know about the issue, and we’ll take care of it right away. You don’t need to fill out the Return Authorization Form in these instances. Just contact us for instructions!
Just need to return an item?
We know that not all of our fabulous items will work out for everyone—it’s okay, we completely understand! We even understand if you need to take some time to ponder or procrastinate, so you have a full 6 weeks from the day of your purchase to return any item that hasn’t quite worked out for you. Just make sure that the return package is postmarked within 6 weeks of your payment date, and you’ll be all set!
If the packaging and labels on the item haven’t been removed and the item hasn’t been tried on, you can easily return it for either store credit or a refund—whichever you’d prefer! If you tried on the item and found that it isn’t exactly what you hoped for, you’re welcome to return it in exchange for store credit that you can use towards any of the other 1000+ items in our collection.
Please be aware that any items that have been washed or actively worn (beyond just trying them on) are yours to keep. And while we’re always experimenting with new yarns and fibers, animal friends are not invited to participate in the return process, so please be sure that your returns are free of their furry contributions!
The only exception for opened returns is for the “intimate” items that we carry, which we define as panties, thongs, or tanga shorts. We can’t accept returns of intimates unless the packaging and tags are exactly as intact as you received them. If you try ’em, you buy ’em! This is for the safety and hygiene of all the Dreamers on staff as well as our beloved customers—you!
ZAP! (Clearance) items are final sale and returns will not be accepted.
Special orders are not eligible for return.
To return any item, you’ll want to read through the full policy on our Return Authorization Form to get all the nitty gritty details and review your options. Then, you’ll just need to print out and complete the form, sign it, and include it with your return.

Don’t forget to get a tracking number for the package, as we cannot offer reimbursement for returns that we don’t receive.
