Open in the Snow
I’m snuggled up with Lola at home while Mr Natosi snoozes away downstairs…
Another six or so brave Sock Dreamers headed out into the snow to warm up the warehouse and keep our socks flowing out the door. Last minute gifts will be sent, questions answered and yes, even our store will be open today!
If you ski or hike over to shop with us you may need to ring the bell as the shop crew will be helping out in the warehouse as needed.
My undying gratitude goes out to all of you, our dedicated workers and shoppers,
for making Sock Dreams what it is and is becoming…

I think you’ll be quite interested in something that arrived in the Dream Stockings today. :)

Purple Knees. With new purple. We got Denim and that new Purple Knee combination we’d talked about. :D It is pretty. If I ever have five seconds to take pictures, I’ll post ‘em on Flickr.
Also I got into the macaroons that were on top of the fridge; I don’t know if I was supposed to open those, but I regret nothing.

Sweet!
…you know that if I had been in I’d've opened them so I am glad you did! My only regret is that I cannot share the bread pudding I made, complete with Hazelnut Kahlua whipped cream ~;P
but if the past two weeks are any indication, this will be a long winter filled with yummy treats and tasty socks!

Too bad you won’t be there tomorrow; my mom made a bunch more cookies for us and I’ll be bringing them in. :D
TO NON-EMPLOYEES READING THIS: Yes, Sock Dreams basically runs on sugar in December.

Wow! Look at all the snow! I wish it was more wintry in Texas-it is supposed to be in the 60s today. We have been having our temperature ups and downs–one day 70 degrees, next day in the 30s, etc. I wish it would pick a temp and stay with it.
Today I have on summery socks–I’m ready for some warm longs socks for a cold, cold day.
Stay warm, y’all!
And I love Lola’s hoodie!

I can’t believe I missed the post about the bread pudding with Hazelnut Kahlua whipped cream! That sounds to die for–any chance of sharing the recipe?
A little something sweet to go with our warm sock dreams!

Oh, actually, yes! In fact, I’m going to make a whole new post and include it to wish everyone a happy holiday…
