Tis the Season
Yes fellow sock lovers, it is that time again…
the crazy holiday season is upon us, we arrive early for work, stay late and work extra hard the entire time. We run out of stuff faster than our suppliers can help us restock and all the while we have happy feet and warm toes because we are warming the feet of the world one sock at a time.
Due to a US Postal Services technological issue we have had some trouble with international orders not being able to complete and getting messages about us not shipping internationally and it has slowed down our shipping departments ability to print postage efficiently. But they are on it and working hard to get every order out the door every day, and I have to say, in our 8+ years of shipping packages of socks out for the holidays, this year is going as smoothly as any in recent years. Why? Because our shipping team rules and they are all working their hardest to get everyone’s socks out accurately and on time.
I’ll be updating this page with more pictures and stories as soon as I catch my breath, but for now, head on over to Socks_Fun to see long time Sock Dreamer Eva’s great review on how to make our Dreamy stripes fit when they don’t want to stretch as much as you want them to…

Hmm…I think your last link might be off…mebbe…
Anyway, thanks for directing me to that neat community, and double-thanks for being such awesome legwear-shippers! There’s nothing worse than having to wait for that awesome new pair of leggings/arm warmers/tabi socks, after all!

Oh shoot! Brenna tried to tell me this earlier today but I was certain it was working before I left the house this morning…
fixing it now..
not surprised either, finishing sentences correctly has been a challenge all day ~%)

It’s that time of year, where just getting through the day with one’s brain still functioning semi-normally is counted as a success. Coherence is overrated anyway!

Hang in there y’all! Only a couple of more weeks left of the holiday madness (I’m assuming it slows down after Christmas).
Your shipping team does rock!! I always get my orders incredibly quickly.
My warm toes thank you – hats off to you all!!

I’ve been looking for legwarmers for days, but the stores in my area are woefully stocked. I’ve never worn them before but I want to try them for lounging at home. While I was admiring them, I also found the armwarmers. I’m sitting here holding my coffeecup to warm my hands — my office is sooo cold! I can’t wait to try the armwarmers!

So nice to see Eva again! :O) Yay!!
What a great idea to cut the tops off! They look fantastic with garters (and those shoes!!! WOWOWOWOWOW!!! It’s like someone said “those are the most fantastic socks ever… we must make shoes as a tribute to them!” ;o)
Yay for colors and fun and sock dreamers expressing themselves freely with unapologetic brilliant and bold style!! Yay!!

Oh, if only I had hot pink elastic, I’d totally whip up a pair of hot pink cherry garters to top off that look, lol! :D
I was on vacation this past week, but I may post about the snappy legwarmers soon. ;)
