Lovely colours in chenille warmers
The Microfiber Chenille Leg Warmers now have two new fabulous colours: Peacock and Plum! And they also have matching arm warmers too! These are wonderfully soft and squishy. They fit snugly against your leg or arm, but aren’t too tight as they’re really stretchy too. They’re the softest chenille I’ve ever encountered. I like to wear the leg warmers on my arms as I wash my hands alot during the day & I can quickly push them up.
I love these warmers so much I bought almost all the colours! They only cost $10 a pair for the leg warmers & $13 for the arm warmers. Such a small price for something so exquisitely joyfull to touch.
As an aside, out of necessity I have to do my laundry in one big load, instead of sorting colours and doing many smaller loads. Last time I washed some new clothes and my pink and camel warmers picked up all the colour from the wash and now they are both grey. I don’t know if this is something peculiar to them or not, but just thought I’d share in case any of you have those rockin’ mono-load-laundry skills like I do. ;)

I love how the warmth seems to sweetly engulf these images.
My apologies for not remembering to get this review up immediately after the black chenille warmers finally showed up a few weeks ago.

Yay! You know I love your hearts, they’re so gorgeous. The warmers aren’t bad either ;) I have a pair of the black ones in the old style with individual fingers, and they’re amazing in the wintertime when I’m using the computer or knitting! I might have to pick up some plum ones too, though, they’re beautiful…!

i still regret not buying the armwarmers when they had all the fingers instead of just the thumbs :(

I love your art! Especially the hearts. If that’s what speaks to you, keep doing it.
Your stuff reminds me of a Jim Dine poster from the mid 80’s I’ve been meaning to frame. :-)

oh yea, I love that Jim Dine! I think that may have been what got me started when I saw it at the Walker museum in MPLS. Thanks for the encouragement you all. I love creating stuff.
& These warmers are the best! Second only to the acrylic “angora” ones that aren’t made anymore. These were a great replacement though because they don’t pill. I can’t believe I wrote this review in Februrary, (it seems so long ago). It had a silly poem about cold weather that seemed out of place in this 80 weather. :)

I think they might be bringing the fingers back this fall, we kind of preferred them that way, much as I love the ease of hand washing in these, the fingers were the best!
There will be many great new arm warmers & gloves come fall, and some really cool summery ones much sooner.

Those look so soft!!! What colors do they come in? I wear arm warmers from time to time but after seeing those I really want to start wearing leg warmers. I love how you mixed the grey and purple in that picture. =) Cute match. What else do you wear your leg warmers with?

Patrick, right now the colours are: Black, Peacock, Pink and Plum. (Used to have camel and grey colours too.) I wear the leg warmers on either my ankles or wrists, and they go really well with every kind of glove, shirt, legging, sock and boots! During the winter I wear leg warmers constantly because they help my ankles so much. I think they go with everything. & Yes, they are wonderfully soft!
