Some of you outside the US probably noticed that our shipping prices suddenly went way up last week. And yes, this was, partially, in error. Because we are reluctant to switch to UPS we decided to set a cap of $50 for first class international shipping, all orders $50 and up will only have the options of priority & express so that we can provide tracking. You see, we were supposed to be able to track all international orders this year, but it didn’t actually happen and we need to do it on larger orders.
But, when USPS updated their rates they changed some wording which caused their system and our system to have a misunderstanding. We notified our developer Dan (not to be confused with Danny our awesome weekend customer service & returns guy) and he got it all fixed up.
…we are so sorry for all the trouble this has caused!
