I was sent a sample of these sometime back and wasn’t impressed. I’d probably never wear them myself, but others around the office felt differently. I snuck them into one of Raubynn’s many orders as a surprise and she absolutely loved them. Several months later I was ready to start ordering some off-the-wall styles, things I would consider more novelty socks. I think maybe we should rename novelty “fun”
…I like fun socks, fun socks are good.
These came in a few days ago and Dara adored them and called dibs so here she is in all their fuzzy-lipped glory. We noticed the pairs are not all identical, there are three variations, some have orange, some have fuchsia and some have pink among the other pink & red lipstick kisses, we’re not going to offer options, it’ll be a ‘you’ll get what we send you” kind of situation, but if you have a preference and we have them all available to grab from go ahead and specify.
I have one more fun item to add this morning…
(not to mention frogs and leopard slippers coming in a few days)
then I’ll be adding more sexy, comfy & unique styles.
We had a gift note on an order this week that said simply:
Better than flowers
…brilliant, we love it!

i DOOOOO love these! i was so happy to see them up! i really am not that much of a novelty print person myself but something about these really grabbed me! you cant tell so much from the pic but the lips are a little shimmery as well as being plush/fuzzy as opposed to the rest of the sock. i really do like these tons! these and the wasabi sushi socks (one of my fav socks EVER) i think are my only novelty socks….hhhmmm….oh yeah those little heart ankle socks. and that pair i found thrifting with the girls on them. i think thats it. my fav part is the pink lips on these socks. the shimmer in them is just perfect! i am gonna have to go play with mine now! if this horrendous weather would ever break i might be able to wear something other than my dream sock long socks/wool socks/heavy socks.
and that SCREEN !! that GORG PAINTED SCREEN!!!!!!!!! i love that thing! wow! how wonderful!~
and i seem to favor Dara’s pics so all these cool things combined with the coolest shoes ever! and i am one sock happy girlie tonight!
ps for reference if anyone cares ;) i am a size 10 foot and these fit me very nicely.
pps i forgot about the lime kitty socks. well but i HAD to! they had cats and were lime green!

These (as nearly all the non-overknee socks) make me want to buy Mary Janes. Just wait for a humongous order once I find flat-heeled ones…

Mirry, I recently got very cute flat heeled Mary Janes by Mudd. They have a variety of styles at a very reasonable price and are comfy and cute. You can find them in any large online shoe store and I got mine at a discount clothing store (Ross Dress for Less, in my state).
