Socks on the roof
It was a gorgeous day today…
dense fog in the morning, followed by a day of sunshine.
I was doing some work in the warehouse when I heard footsteps overhead.
I snuck up the ladder and peeked out over the roof…
and there I spied Liz
with two of our coworkers posing in socks.
You see, we have new Dream Stockings
and Liz, leader of the Dream Stocking section
is getting pictures of them for you…
what you don’t see is that Sixten is off to the side
in the new & improved M Squareds
and sock garters, because Lily, our resident sewing ninja
is sewing up oodles of sock garters so we may finally stay in stock
and we need pictures, lots and lots of pictures.

Looks like they had tons of fun. Can’t wait for the new stuff!!! And I love Lola’s purple–it’s a great color on her.

In that photo, Lola looks so much like my rottie/hound mix that passed away in March of last year. Similar size (from what I can see) and the same coloring. And a head that looked too small for her body. I miss her so much. She was a big ‘ole slobber hound of love. And her favorite color was purple, too.
Please give Lola a smooch from me. And tell her not to get her puppy panties in a wad.

there are a few little hiccups with the private line, not quite ready to give full disclosure on that just yet though…

Fun pics! I enjoyed the sunny weather soooo much yesterday! Such a nice change from what we’ve been having lately.
I’m excited for the improved M Squareds and Super Ms for that matter. :) Yay!
BTW, Lola is such a big girl now! BUT she still has that sweet puppy face.

I look at the first two photos and imagine they might be found in an old yellowed paperback pulp novel in a thrift store and on the back scrawled “Portland, 1952″.
They really look antiquated to me. And that’s a good thing.
And one of the many great things about Lola is her genuine expressions of worry, love, happiness and contentment. I’ve worked with dogs for a long time and never met a personality quite like hers, but I AM biased!

Now I’m really curious about the new socks. The M Squared look really good, though the current weather in Sweden does not invite ot the use of anything but thick tights.

Stocking clips! I’ve wanted something like that for so long, and here they are!!!
Are they adjustable? Doesn’t look like it, and that’s OK if they aren’t. They will still be incredibly useful.

Lola baby of course! barefoot as usual she is…
But I bet Star’s baby is getting bigger and cuter by the day!!! as is her big sister, both are overdue for some cute little socks that I just know will be finding their way up there sooon…
