We’re having a New Year’s party where the theme is “In Space”…as in OUTER space. I purchased two pairs of the black, sparkle fishnets and purple/red opaque thigh highs for my girlfriend and other female friend. Hooot! Blast off!

Grrrrrr… they titled the article “socks and the city”…. I was planning on using that title (“sox and the city” actually) as a review post here in January. I even put up a Craigslist ad to find manhattan based sock dreams fans who wanted to help. I thought I’d surprise you all with a photojournal of a day around the city with unofficial sock dreamers wearing their fav sock dreams socks in fun places like the statue of liberty and empire state building, etc… but no one answered the craigslist post, and now Toronto sun has taken my title. and well now I’ve just given it all away haven’t I? Oh poo. what is it they always say about it being the thought that counts? :O)

It’s up??? I have to go see. When we first got the call I thought it was my dad prank calling me because I was told “there’s a Canadian writer on the phone who wants to talk to someone about socks being not being sexy” and my dad would do something just like that because he is a Canadian writer with a wicked sense of humor ~;)
