Niqkita's Sock Journal

Today we’re doing the final testing, but the original cart/check out system remains working just as it always did and is not being affected by the development and testing in any way. Yes, there were delays on top of delays with this project. Last week everyone working on this got sick, mine was probably just stress, but the other two were completely down for more than a day. And there were some challenges with getting the cart and virtual terminal to cooperate with each other. Now we are just making sure every little thing really does work before it all goes live, if all goes well this should be Wednesday, but I’ll keep you posted on that because so far nothing has gone quite as planned with this, but in the long run it is going to be much better than planned so it will be worth the wait ~:)
