Hooked on socks

These remind me of a certain thigh high that we haven’t been able to restock for ages… Opaque knee highs with metal hook & eyelet backseams. They have lots of stretch so small legs and larger legs alike should be able to enjoy these and if I tried I could get them over my knees, but because of the hooks that wasn’t comfortable.
One other thing about the hooks, they will catch on lace, fishnet and the like, so dress and sit accordingly!
Just one more thing to make you feel uber sexy on warm summer or autumn nights!

soft, shiney & slouchy

Our new chenille slouch socks are perfect for lounging around in…
they are soft, comfy and very pretty in six unique colors.
Though I prefer not to leave the house in these babies, for testing purposes I have worn mine with shoes a couple of times and didn’t have trouble with the feet not being snug because my shoes were (fleece lined hiking shoes) and they stayed in place fine. This may not be the case with all shoes and we do recommend these for when you want a nice slipper sock keeping your toes happy. Daffodil keeps a couple of pairs at work to slip into while she is helping customers & printing orders (it is her foot in the fawn pair on their page, her feet are a slinky size six-ish).
I love to slip a pair on over clean feet as I climb into bed and really appreciate that the toe area doesn’t hug my toes tightly and they can wiggle freely into dreamland.
We’re dreaming of longer chenille socks too, over the knees & to the thighs…

Gorgeous lace-ups!

Really, what else can I say?
The Opaque Thigh Highs with Lace Up backs are absolutely beautiful!

They feel magnificent, stretch up to a lovely over-the-knee height, and those laces don’t pull or distort, either! I had plenty of lacing left over and I let it hang down in trails, though I wouldn’t recommend it if your cats are in the room or if you’re going out somewhere crowded. ;) I added a pair of black Spiked Garters, just for the heck of it, and I thought they looked quite nice together.

As you can see, the stockings aren’t completely opaque, and in fact are less opaque than many of our other stocking styles. I think they’re lovely as they are, but there’s a warning to those of you expecting less leg visibility. I felt just as comfy as I did sexy in these amazing new thigh-highs, and lemme tell ya, I felt sexy. ;)

Socks & goodies

The stuff in this box arrived today…
new colors of the cuffables and a couple of new garter belts to be photographed & added in a week or so. Besides that box I have maybe 5-10 things waiting for me to take pictures of them, and just a few of those are new items, the rest are either color additions or reshoots. For me to be so close to caught up can only mean that many more new things are due to arrive anyday now ~;)
Of the stuff I shot over this past weekend, what wasn’t added today will trickle in over the coming days as I find time…
In my quest to better help our many customers and keep myself and my current employees sane we’ve welcomed Heidi aboard today! yes, the very same Heidi who has been commenting here in the journal, giving great feedback and buying tons of socks for over two years now (about 40 orders!!!). We’re very excited to have her as she not only baked up a copious batch of goodies for us on her first day but she knows this site and our products so well that I can’t imagine anybody being better prepared to help our customers get not only the socks they need, but the ones they didn’t know they needed. She got to finish a batch of sock garters and label them, then she folded and tagged many socks before helping to package the orders that went out today.
Lola welcomed her with an unexpected elbow licking…
And our little dream just got a little bigger and alot better…

Much to do…

pictures have been taken…
lots of stuff will be added.
Even more will come in
and it will start all over again…

The end of a crazy week

Whoa! this has been “one of *those* weeks”!
and I’m not sure when I’m going to catch up, but I have been getting some pictures taken and should be getting them edited this weekend.
The new Sorcerer’s socks are magickal and I am loving my pairs!!!
The feet have this padding that makes them uber comfy, even in shoes that rub, plus, they still look cute in heels, I have no idea how they managed to make them like this, but I am thrilled! I’ll be adding the leg warmers this weekend, they are warm and very pretty…
Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Skulls!

Just in time for Halloween and the ’80s style revival,
the Skull Leggings should be a hit!

They easily stretched all the way down to my ankles, and made it around my 22.5″ thighs with little difficulty, though, as you can see, they did distort at around that width and wouldn’t be recommended for much larger legs. They were pretty darn comfy; even the waistband didn’t cut into my stomach like I was afraid that it would. Thanks to these, I’ve discovered my love of footless tights or leggings, as I don’t have to worry about a multitude of possible woes, such as swampy nylon feet, losing several precious inches in the overall length as they stretch over my feet, or having my toes squished as I pull them on!

I give these gothy guys ten wiggle-able, totally free toes up! :D

Comfort clothes

My fav hoodie, most comfy jeans and lilac Biella Lane footies
Maybe this cloudy cool Monday morning won’t be so bad afterall.
Sometimes they are called peds, sometimes footies, I grew up calling them bootie socks. I remember my aunties wearing the kind with fuzzy balls above the heels when I was little and they are still my gramma’s favorite sock. So they make me feel extra safe and comfy sometimes and these are the prettiest with their two tone layered look with lots of cotton and enough nylon/spandex to keep them nicely on your feet instead of in your shoes, plus they are made in the USA so if you wear them it helps keep Americans employed~ including us ~:)

Reach for the stars!

With stars in my eyes & dreams in my heart I fulfill another request…

The only star tights I’ve found are from Foot Traffic and look just like their knee high trouser socks, in blue with white stars and, sometimes, funny lines down the sides where the patterns don’t match up or white streaks where the print didn’t take. But hey, they’re still better than no star tights at all, no? You know that when/if I find other star tights (and have any money left in the budget;) I will bring them in! Oh, they come in plus size too, the plus sized range for them is 5′7″ – 6′2″ 150-200 lbs, everyone smaller than that, get the “one size”.

Hurray for babies in socks!!!

We got this from a longtime sockfiend who said I could share:

hey guys,
Zombelina here….
just wanted to introduce your newest sockfiend!
Malik is 4 days old today and already knows whats important in life…hehe.
these are mint biella tutti booties.
they are so cute and so soft….they were awesome in the hospital too because they
were stretchy enough to fit over the security bracelet and in the cold room they kept maliks little baby feet warm and cozy. another thing about them being so stretchy is we will be able to use them for a long time.
we will be buying more soon!
thanks alot,
Zombelina

…and we will have even more to sell you soon!
