Top striped OTKs
I’m really liking the new Top striped OTKs by Queentex. So cute and light they stayed up well through a morning of strong activity. After a few hours of kneeling, standing and bending I had to pull them up a bit, but all in all they stay up over the knee pretty well. I got one hooked on a store shelf & thought for sure I had snagged them, but when I looked I couldn’t even find a mark. So they get an A+ for durable from me.
The colors are sweet and pale enough that colourphobe that I am, I actually liked the colour! They are also thin enough that I didn’t even break a sweat in our crazy Texas heat.
They have tube style feet to fit all sock lovers’ foot sizes. The band is thick and sturdy. It didn’t roll into a doughnut the way some styles do. It did create a little bit of a bulge in my fleshy bits, but I’ll trade that for good staying power any day. & I love the double lines at the top. This my friends, is what MY kind of *skater sock* looks like. :) haha

lol, Jamie-Lynn, I was kinda jealous of your enthusiasm for skater socks, as I’m just not that enthusiastic over knee highs… but these are similar style, but different enough to fit all my passionate stocking criteria. did that make sense? :o I very much hope they bring back the black and white styles too.

lol. Crazy straw into a barrell of wine and I’ll be wearing socks on my head! :) It’s plastic tubing. I was hoping to get light to go through it like optical cable stuff, but that just wasn’t happening. Eva, I like OMK better! That’s very clever! :)

Lol about the skater sock comment! I like these, I just feel like I don’t have stuff to go with the colors so I haven’t actually tried them out yet.

These are my favorite socks on this whole site. I just think they are so cute, and the price is reasonable too. I wish I had money so I could buy some…sigh.
