Summer’s creeping in…
but don’t tell me! Shh!!! I’m going to sit right here in my lovely Tangerine with Black Details O Chevrons and pretend that it’s Fall. :)
Ok, so Black and Orange aren’t *just* for Fall, and neither are the O Chevrons! Remember, they’ve got that neato weave that allows for good air flow and they’re relatively thin and incredibly stylish to boot. Chevrons are so popular around here because, in addition to being comfy, they look as funky as they do classy. You can wear them equally well with Chucks OR Mary Janes! They’ll likely reach over your knees (up to about 15″ width at the tops comfortably) and stay there, depending on the size and shape of your leggies due to one-way stretch. Alas, the feet still won’t fit much larger than a Women’s size 9 or 10, but I stick ‘em on my size 12s with glee anyway. ;)
So you can all have fun frolicking around out in the sunshine and warmth: we have plenty of bright lovely sockies to accomodate that sort of behavior. ;) I’m gonna curl up in here, have another slice of pumpkin pie, light some “Falling Leaves” candles and pretend that it’s not going to be 95 degrees soon. 8)

i love autumn too! pumpkin pie, apple cider… every september 1st i go into overdrive preparing for all the fun autumn activities i’ll experience. is it too silly to admit i’m already looking wistfully toward autumn?

I just bought some bubblegum/black cheverons, and they seem to be the biggest ones so far. So much so that they seemed to sag a bit, and the heel was creeping up to my ankle. I haven’t washed them yet so hopefully they’ll shrink a bit.

Those orange rock in a seriouse way and make me crave for some reeses in a giant pumpkin trick or treating bag ! @__@ but im all for pretending its fall!

the black/black and the black/white seem to be my longest pairs… I can’t remember any more that staying over my knees. I haven’t worn my bubblegum/black or red/black yet. I usually hang mine to dry or dry them on the cool setting…

I need to get more o chevron colors still…. I want them alllllllllllllllll. I wish there were a pair in a shade that would match this pink plaid skirt I have. The bubblegum is a little too bright pinkish, but the light pink is too light.. it’s really kind of a rose color I guess. … Although walnut or dark brown might match it ok hmmmmmm. Too many shades of pink!! lol.
