Eva’s Summery Super Knees

Summer, or at least summer temperatures have finally reached Sweden.
And what is more summer-y than bright coloured stripey socks?
These red and yellow superstripes knee highs make me think of warm summer days, with red flowers and a bright yellow sun. They fit perfectly now in spring, but would also bring a little summer to bleak autumn days. The superstripes knee highs are a little thicker and more elastic than the pink, green, orange and purple knees, so they are especially good for those of us with larger calves. As you can see they reach over my knees but they won’t stay there without garters.
But they stay put really well just below the knees.
Since I’m a fan of bright colours I knew I wanted these as soon as I spotted them on the site, and I am very pleased with them now that I have them.

Yeah I suppose it is a bit like Gryffindor colors! I didn’t even think of that… probably because I’m a Slytherin fan hehehe

Wow, if there were Hogwarts socks, with stripes in all the different house colors, I bet they would sell quite well.

we can’t do everything all of the time, but sometimes we just hadn’t thought of something that is easily done & makes alot of sense….

I actually thought of Hogwarts, from the Harry Potter books, first. Though there colours is a blood red with a darker, golden yellow.
