Stripey Fun
It’s been so long since I wore any stockings that I’d forgotten how wonderful the Leg Avenue Wide Stripe Thigh His are! I recently snagged a pair in lime and black, just ‘cuz I didn’t have any. ;) They’re so comfortable and the colors are vibrant and lovely.
The unmatching toes on my pair made me giggle.
The wide stripes on these are a great option for those of us whose legs are so long as to make “regular” striped items look odd. These give more of the classic ratio of stripes to length on longer stems. Plus, the near-opaque nature of the polyester/nylon blend stretches well with little damage to the vibrancy of the color (although they’re not *quite* opaque–dark tattoos will show through the lighter stripes).
Now, as soon as I get around to reorganizing my sock drawers, I’m going to have to make sure that I have all the colors of these that I need…maybe even two of each… ;D

I feel the same about nylon on warm days, but some say they like them better in heat…

That’s the color that I have on my wishlist. Seems like the only place I go anymore is work and I mostly wear jeans so I haven’t been buying too many new socks in a while.
