Fortunately they included the invoice with the order, it's what the note is written on. So we're only out the cost of shipping it to them, and at least a little frustration.

yeah, maybe they are defective, because if you are a size zero that shopuld not happen. I know everyone has different standards for comfort and some people give new items more "break in" time, but we hear from people with 23-25 inch thighs every week who are thrilled beyond belief to find thigh high socks that fit them and stay up so nicely. Of course the M Stripes don't fit that bill, but I am a size 5 and am totally comfy in those...

that pisses me off. i would give my right arm to have those socks (haven'tbeen able to order, unemployed for a while) and they just dismiss them without getting to know them. : \ AND DON'T EVEN RETURN THEM CORRECTLY, what the hell?

Considering I just did a return with you guys for a pair that really was defective and how easy it was (and how professionally it was handled), I can't understand why someone would go about doing this.

I've only recieved 2 items that were less than perfect. One was a pair of prepackaged hose, one leg had weird pull lines all over it, and I exchanged it. The other was an Orkney Angora syle that had a dropped stitch. I though about sending it back, but decided going to the post office in December and then paying for postage was more trouble than it was worth. Instead I took 5 minutes to sew it up myself, and now I can't even tell where the defect was!

Thats so bizarre. Did they even leave a number for you to give them their money back or anything? Or did they just give you a bunch of socks they bought and didn't want them anymore?

I loooooooove the slouch socks! And all of the M lines really, and I actually find the little threads sticking out here and there gives them character and makes them even neater! And I like the way they're finished too.... and why would someone not read the return instructions? I'm obsessive about doing that sort of thing correctly because bigger businesses in particular probably won't give you your money back if you don't.... I've yet to need to return anything to you guys anyway because all of your socks are wooonderful hehe. Keep up the great work and don't get discouraged by the occasional morons !!=)

pfft. crackheads. slouch socks are awesome! I admit, many of the M styles take you a minute to get used to, due to the high cotton content and the finishing or different weaves, but not even trying them on is a little hoighty-toity for someone who bought $5 socks!!!
