They'd be really pretty over tights and the tight color would show through the holes. Plus that'd cut down on the itch for some of you all. I wore them without washing first and the itch wasn't really bad for me. I can only imagine that they'll get softer over time too. I really love these.... and the cashmeres too! yum.
