Out in the cold
Comfortable temperatures have been blown away by chilly winds here in the Northwest so it is a perfect time for me to test out the MP cotton lined wool tights. They are as soft as can be on the inside, no itch from the wool at all thanks to the cotton lining and the stretch is as good as their other tights. I’m wearing a small pair and there is plenty of give going in any direction so it wouldn’t matter if I had bigger feet or hips, both or anything between, well worth the $45 dollars in my opinion…
I wore a light dress yesterday to be sure and get a good testing while I ran around town on errands. I did add a pair of O Chevrons in natural with black details which I thought looked especially nice over the black tights. But even when I took the socks off and sat in the backyard with the dogs late in the day my legs were warm enough to be comfortable…
Today I’m going to wear the tights to work with another pair of socks then I’ll wash them on gentle and wear them some more because the temperatures are going to keep dropping this week…

it’s really cold here too, after weeks of being warmer than seasonal, the only thing about black is that it picks up lint from everything! lol

Yeah for wool tights! Couldn’t make it through the winter without them.

its cold here in the south too belive it or not…well, cold for us anyhow :) I may have to get my gf a pair of these!

ok i am suffering from I believe the beginnings of a sinus infection and tired and achey at work sooo i am blaming that for misreading Shelleopard’s first post here as “That gumbo is ready.” instead of “That combo is purty.”…..hmmmm????….or maybe it’s my hungry belly :S

rebeckah, the A chevrons are my throw-ons, even before slouch socks! I go searching through the sock drawers for them when i’m fresh from a shower. :)
