My First Post

the super stripes in one of my favourite colour combinations seafoam and lilac available in small feet and regular feet

as you can see I’m wearing the smaller feet (I wear size 8-9 shoes) and I’d say that that would be the absolute max for this colouring the little feet. From experience I think some of the darker colours stretch a little more. They don’t quite reach the middle of my thigh because of my previously mentioned long legs (about 33″). I love the soft yarny loose texture of these sockies it’s like a blanket for your feet and legs. In saying that, they tend to slip down on me so you might want to wear sock garters or make sure you are wearing opaque underwear under you skirt before you pull ‘em up in public lol…..

My mom said these were too loud to wear furniture shopping, but I think they go very well with the furniture I bought and they match my paint too ;)

I hope it works right lol :)

wow! suddenly, that colour combination looks absolutely yummy to me… it’s one of the few colour combos i still don’t have… and the way it matches your slip… lovely.

Excellent first post!!! Great pics!!! Welcome!!!!! Those SuperStripes are gorgeous and look amazing with your outfit. Looks like a vintage slip to me (I ADORE vintage slips) did you dye it purple yourself?.

Great post, and welcome Babylon! I own a pair of blacks and lavenders a few months ago and I love them! I definately wouldn’t reccomend them if you don’t like your socks bagging out around the ankles a bit. That’s always a problem with me - even when I wear sock garters. The material tends to slip out from under the sock garter and inch down toward my ankle, but in my opinion, it’s all the cuter! Sometimes when I’m standing the weave of the socks on my sensitive heels tends to dig in after a while, but that’s never bothered me either. I only noticed it when I was standing for three hours, decorating an eight foot Christmas tree! :) Anyway, lovely first post. You have pale skin just like me!

This is, in fact, the _only_ color combo of superstripes that I have, and I love ‘em! So pretty. And they’re the only otks I have that don’t slip down to knee-high while I wear them. The two super-stripes color combos I like to dream about but don’t exist yet: caramel brown with cream (or golden/honey yellow), pale pink with pale orange (cantaloupe-y). ahhhhh. (all my favorite colors are foods. :)

I agree with what someone else said BROWN = GOOD. I think it’s just one of the best colors on me.
