hey! last weekend while we were out looking through antique stores, we took the long way home and happened to drive past an alpaca ranch. i was so stunned! they are so cute in real life! after that, it was completely different when i went to buy some yarn that had alpaca in it. i feel like i really know my yarn fibers now… :D

Oh man. It’s been a bad day here, and it turns out that just what I needed was to click on the Sock Journal and see “Alpaca!!!” to start laughing. Thanks for that! Cute socks too ;)

I love the colors of these! I had so much fun taking pictures of them the other night and had trouble resisting keeping one of every color. I feared due to the furryness of them they might make some people itch so it is good to know that Alpaca is not itchy ~:)
