Snuggle up!

These are definitely our thickest warmest socks!
New Zealand brushed wool blend bed socks
Just one size that is better suited to larger feet than smaller, though they are much more for lounging in than walking around so they don’t have to be snug to be enjoyed. They come in lots of colors and I got almost all of them, plus I have been told the supply is good, but just to be sure I put in another order before adding them to the site. Warm feet have been proven to improve sleep and nothing will warm your toes like these! the hardest part is going to be choosing a color, my suggestion? buy one of each color that looks good, then keep the ones you like the best and give the rest away as holiday gifts ~:) It doesn’t look like I’ll be able to get gift certificates in place in time for the holidays but why would anyone want to return a pair of these?

The fluff goes all they way down top you toes on the inside & looks exactly like the cuff without a bit of itchyness.

they aren’t at all itchy? that’s awesome! they look VERRRRY soft.

Does the ‘fluff’ go down all the way inside the socks, or is it only in the turn-down bit. It isn’t clear from the pictures!

i was wondering the same thing about the fluff! maybe you could show us and inside-out picture… :D

The colors are all so pretty! And with my bad circulation and the upcoming winter I’m definitely in need of warm fluffy socks. Haha, my brother lives in New Zealand…I should mail him a pair of these for Xmas for kicks :P

ah, new zealand…and i was wondering about the fluff, too. someday i want to travel to australia, land of awesome bikinis and excellent wine. :)

Fluffy all the way down, just like the cuff and not the slightest bit itchy ~:)

Those are very cute and look super cozy and warm.

I commented a couple posts back but you might not have seen it. Are you guys still looking for extra holiday help? I’m in Portland until January 5 and I’m sure I could make myself useful. I am friendly, efficient, and sock-savvy!

The new woolies; you cannot imagine the anticipation over here in Göteborg, Sweden.

Look comfy might have to try?! A sock for lounge around. SWEEEET.

Thanks for the offer Amanda, I think we are okay actually. This is likely to be the last truly busy week before it gets back down to an easier level. I’d love to have you in, but we are already so crowded in the sock house that we bump into eachother and shelves all the time…

i have a big bruise from bumping into the corner of alicia’s desk… :( over and over and over…

Hey Niqkita, how bout a sock of the week j-peg post. Put it on the start up page. Might promote more sales for ya?! Some day you’ll be a Fortune 500 company By Golly. Keep up the good work. Looking Forward to my 4 pair of B.ella Bev! Happy/Merry Holidays to you and your staff. Peace Out Socktresses.

Hey Niq, not sure if this has come up before, it probably has …. but is there anything you guys can do about the problem with pics? Different angles are shown for each little selection circle, but as the socks for those circles sell out, you can’t click them anymore! So you lose out on different angles and close-ups … which is irrelevant to colour, since it’s sold out, but it matters for texture and fitting (looking at stretch, length, etc). Have you thought about any ideas on how to solve that?
December 12th, 2006 at 11:36 am
Yes, the spring update will solve that ~:)

Actually make that I have only recently discovered the O Marled..I’ve been addicted to sock dreams for over a month now.. ;-)
December 12th, 2006 at 1:53 pm
babylon: that’s perfectly fine. i handle all international orders and encourage people to write out their address the way they would like it to appear in the special instructions.
December 12th, 2006 at 2:20 pm
Great to hear! I keep checking back every day for new socks :-)

Psst, has anyone tried the Jonathan Aston Modal Mix Tights in size C? I’d like to have a pair but don’t know if they’d fit me!
December 12th, 2006 at 6:55 pm
i have…i really have fallen in love with them…the whole body of them is such a beautiful fit- VERY flexxy!!! but does not bag anywhere and soft….the elastic in the waist (to me) is just a weeeee too tight but i like it to where i can push it down to a lower waist area without it cutting an inch into my posterior fat! my measurements are (all approx): 27″ waist, 38″ hips, 33″ inseam from my shhhh! to my heel and i got the black C….i really doooo love them! was really worried…..them being TIGHTS (ick) and all!
December 13th, 2006 at 1:07 am
hmm, they may fit me then…i’ve got a couple of inches on you in the waist and hips, but it sounds like they’re worth a try. I like my tights to not make that awful dent, too, so we’ll see….
December 13th, 2006 at 4:42 pm
Hm…when I wore some Hanes crew socks my grandma got me with Converses, the heel part get kind of messed up because the hard edge of the converse shoe…do you think this will happen with the OTK tubes? They look so nice, I don’t want to ruin them even slightly.
December 13th, 2006 at 7:06 pm
I’ve actually worn my OTK tubes around a lot with a few different kinds of shoes, and they seem to be holding up just fine. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the part where the sole of your foot is in the sock gets softer and softer on the outside as you wear them.
December 13th, 2006 at 10:04 pm
There are more O Marled colors coming, but no teal, and really nothing amazing, just slightly different.
December 14th, 2006 at 10:14 am
Oh, and I ordered 4 times as many black angora wrist warmers knowing 12 would never be enough ~:D
December 14th, 2006 at 6:49 pm
wha? If you can keep getting in more Omarled then why couldn’t they make me a thigh high marled? ~pouts~ ok that’s rhetorical as I’m sure they have reasons. I’m missing thigh high lengths alot lately. Maybe it was that cold snap last week.
December 20th, 2006 at 2:23 pm
The reason is that we can get alot more Os than Supers out of the yarn and while I know some of you are beyond eager to get them back in the longer version the shorter version actually sells better so I’m afraid the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few ~:(
December 30th, 2006 at 12:00 pm
that really surprises me that the shorter marled sell better. Hopefully you can bring in some other cotton solid thigh highs? As there’s only cuffables, ribbedMS and superMs left. Ribbed Ms are the only ones I can wear. :(
