Speaking of black & white…

The Space Dyed Socklings in Moonrock are such a nifty sock. When I first took them out of the package I was a little confused because they looked so short, and I thought, “I can’t pull those up to my knees without stretching them out completely!” But I was able to pull them up to my knees and they didn’t stretch out at all. Though, after walking around for a while they liked to hang out best around mid-calf on me and I found myself stopping to tug them back up every once in a while. I didn’t mind because they’re just so soft and slinky. I usually like looser socks, but these hug your feet and legs comfortably without being confining.

At the end of the day I let them slink down to my ankles and slept in them. I woke up without any elastic imprints on my legs and they stayed right where I put them, even with how much I toss and turn.

I like how the moonrock has almost a zebra thing going on. It’s a nice variation when you want to spice up the average black & white stripes.

I love the space dyed stuff! when I first tried the socklings I was not wowed by them and was going to pass, but then I got a request for 6 pairs and figured if one of our customers loved them enough to special order that many from us then we should have enough to offer everyone and sure enough, we’ve been selling lots every since!

I still need to try out some of the socklings…I have a pair of the “thigh highs” but they never stay at thigh on me… they tend to bounce back to just above or just below my knee, depending on how much I walk around in them. The color combos on them are so stunning and pretty that I can forgive them for lack of stay up power….and they’re super soft and never leave lines, so not like I care if they stay up anyway =D.

does your skirt lace up the back? it looks neat :)

Yeah, the skirt has silver D rings up the back with a satin ribbon weaved through like a corset :D I got it from Hot Topic a couple weeks ago…it was just too nice to pass up.
