Jumping for joy over Super Stripes!!!!!!
We got this letter from Babylon and the pics were so cute I just had to post them! :)
I just thought I would share my cool photos I took of these very cool
socks because I like them so much and wish you would maybe make some
more black and white **hint, hint** ;-) I was very happy they pretty
much fit up to the widest part of my thigh and they didn’t slip too
much. As you can see we were testing out the new dual flashes that my
dad bought for work ;-)
…and on another note: you deserve the Nobel prize for designing a pair
of socks my dad actually likes! I bought him a pair of the boy socks in
the large and he says they’re great and the seam doesn’t irritate his
toes and the top doesn’t crush his leg. yay!
love and sockie toes
A huge thanks to Babs for sharing these with us!
The Longer Super Stripes make me jump for joy as well. And keep your eyes peeled for new black and white items… and lots of new colors in general. We have been running out of quite a few things with the move and the busy season starting up right around the same time, but supplies are slowly trickling back in and we should be all restocked and have new additions ( think Orange knees and colors colors and more colors in the solid styles in the m-styles and gazzillion new other items….my faves are the fuzzy argyle……drooooooooool) in the next 2-3 weeks.

yeah I don’t have dreads, I just don’t brush my hair unless I’m about to wash it so it stays peice-y, if I brush it goes all static puffy. lol not good…… it’s a skirt, its tiered fine black net with a satiny underskirt so your butt isn’t exposed… unless you jump and twirl ;)

Orange Knees?! YAY! Curse my large feet.

yay orange knees!!! i skimmed over that part. i’d love to have larger footed slightly longer orange knees, but i know our list of specs is far too long already. i’ll be content with my just-barely-over-the-knee socks for now. ;)

Great post! I’m growing my hair out as well. I cut it short (think a hop and a baby step away from a buzzcut) about a year ago and have been growing it back ever since. It’s now about to my shoulders, but since I have been blessed with fairly thin hair, it’s never bothered me too much, even in hot weather. I’m hoping that if I keep it up by the time I reach college I will have it a little longer than Babylon’s – great pictures, by the way! I love the disjointed and yet well-put-together quality of the photos. I need to wait for the smaller footed super long super stripes (try saying that three times fast! :) before I get a pair.

my hair is slowly turning from a small ‘fro into longishness… my dreads were down to my waist when i took the plunge and cut all but two off! i thought at first that you had dreads, too, babylon, from the nifty piece-y-ness in the first pic!

thanks :) I haven’t cut my hair since I was 17, so last time my hair saw a cutting implement was three and a half years ago, it’s at my waist lol it weighs a ton ;)
