After being banned from my studio since she was a baby I’ve been taking her in for short shoots to get used to it.
She’s still a bit uneasy on the big backgrounds under the bright lights which is good because she takes everything we do in there very seriousely…

I’m still perplexed by “fake camera face”, the only thing I did different from my usual camera face is opened both eyes after I had my focus (don’t forget, this is a digital SLR so it behaves like a real camera with an eyepiece & manual focus~;)

that’s what i meant…you were talking the other day about hating “camera face,” and then i noticed that you faked your camera face in that one. i.e., you did exactly what you said: focused, and then stopped squinting. :)

She does look a bit sad doesn’t she? it takea alot of convincing just to get her to step foot on the backdrops but she does look damn adorable in her little warmers! I was afraid someone might think me cruel to dress her up and have her model for me, but she is not being mistreated in the least and though it doesn’t show, she does enjoy it because it requires her to think and do what she is told (which is enough to make a pup sad at times~;)

i know, that sad face is the same one luna used to give me (head on paws, looking away) when i made her lie down or do as she was told in some other way when she wasn’t in the mood. :) no, no cruelty seen, just silly puppyhood (and mommyhood!). :)
