Kind of by accident really…
Lace up Velvet thigh highs.
Originally I was not going to get these.
I thought they couldn’t possibly work, this, largely based on bad experience with little lace up anklets I hated (the first style to be discontinued based on preference rather than availability). Then one day I saw a girl crossing the street in a pair, WoW were they sexy! and they appeared to be staying up just fine. I’ve been planning to get them in ever since, it just never quite happened. Then, last month, when I tried to stock up on our regular velvet over the knees we got these instead.
Now, I’m not going to lie to you, I only wore them for the photos (the custest of which you will never see~;), I’ve not given them a full testing, but I know at least one of our sock girls will be more than happy to give them a good testing for us…

ooh, ooh, am IIIIII getting those??? cYn bought me some like those, not velvet, but lace-up, and I still haven’t tried them yet (they were lost inside my dresser for many months). :)

The stretch was pretty good, I really couldn’t be sure that they’ll stay up as well as we’d like though. I can get them with red laces too if these turn out to be a good item to carry…

it’s my pretty new pink velvet, it would make a lovely dress, but I think I’ll keep it for a background for a long time to come as it worked quite nicely ~:)
