What’s hotter than summer & cooler than fall?

wicked black & red striped cotton stockings
Gorgeous M Stripes in an ever increasing array of colorful choices of course!
Yummie new black with light pink stripes
And these aren’t even my favorites…
The black & lilac are, and maybe I should have taken a picture of them by now, but Tina & I took quite a few of them at the beack last week and I should have those anyday now because she sent the pictures to me on Monday.
I’m wearing them now, they take a little more adjusting than the nylon stripes, but for long term comfort I find them to be superior. Their only real fault is that they really aren’t likely to be comfortable above a 19/20 inch width, though they stretch more with time since they are cotton and should wet stretch well if you don’t mind the extra effort. We will get wider fitting stripes in time, but they cannot be made on the same machines as these or the M40s so we’ll have to wait, til then, we’ll keep dreaming up more color combinations in this size range…

Thanks for bringing that to my attention EG! I’d actually missed a few others for that feature, now the quick search should be showing all the toesocks that are in the toe sock section ~:)

thanks niq!!! yes, they are right there. hmmm… strange though, i could not find them before when i did one of those quick searches and clicked on toesocks… there was a smaller selection on that. they are really cute socks, i am thinking my niece is gonna get some pink ones for the holidays this year :O) i am determined not to wait till the last minute this time (i say this every year).

thanks, eg! that did make sense…i did something similar with the angora otks to get more length and keep them from being too loose, so i’ll just stretch the opposite way on the Ms that I have. and I totally recommend the OTK toesocks—they’re the comfiest toesocks I’ve ever tried, and those colors are incredible!

  11. EG Says:

how is the foot size in these? i adore the colors! cant wait to try some :o)

  12. EG Says:

oh and this is unrelated, but i just went searching for those really cute thigh high toe socks (the pink striped ones in particular) and couldnt find them… are they still here? please say yes.. :O)

shelle… i sometimes do wet stretches on my socks to make them a more personalized fit. after i have washed them and done a good wringing, i stretch them in the needed places as much as i can. then several times during the time that they are drip drying, i go back and stretch them again. it gets a bit tricky with some socks though… cause if you are stretching them to get length, sometimes it makes them a bit snugger width wise. so i tend to make sure i tug both ways to even it out a bit :O) hope that made sense.
