About the longsocks…

These are the 215 inch that we featured last March.
We sold all six pairs then received a 7th pair as a gift from the supplier
…we won’t be selling them, ever.
We promised not to ask for more or for longer of these either
(400 inches were requested this past fall!)
Now for what we can & will get…

we’re down to just red & and a few pink 100 inchers…
they take the longest & cost the most to produce.
more should be sent to us within a 3 weeks,
(they usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive):
grey 35
pink 35
natural 35
black 35
white 35
And…

currently we have the 50 inch in grey & bordeaux,
within the week they will be sending us:
black 50
pink 40
white 40
just a little shorter…

Our latest addition to the longsocks,
the 40 inchers arrived just last month
we quickly sold out in black & natural
( we still have some purple and plenty of red).
Also being sent this week:
black 50
natural 50
white 50
More good news, the original longstockings are due back at EG Smith this spring (April I hope~:)
and we have some different new long socks (around 40 inches), some have stripes and some are ribbed all the way up to the thighs, they are no wider than previouse styles, but we are working on getting them wider, I should be ready to show them off in the next day, the pictures are being edited…

While I am thinking about it…why is it that they can’t put more elastine or another material in them to allow more stretch. I always wondered that, so I thought I would ask the SOCK EXPERT!!! Thanks Niqkita!!!

Thanks for the news Niqkita. Sad for now, but still optomistic nonetheless. I will just keep hoping that soon, someone will come up with a way to make these wonderful thick socks for larger people. Thanks so much!
