i’d call this an almost true indigo…
if it weren’t for the grey tone, they
probably would be definitely indigo…
anywho, here’s what i’ve been wearing
since i got home with them around 8 this morning:
they’re thinner than the other longsocks, fall a little faster,
but are very comfy and such an interesting color…
i can’t yet decide whether i really
think they’re blue or what!?! :)

I had almost that same reaction when I first opened the boxes of those!
though in my mind they are not blue enough to qualify for indigo, they are denim-y, I’d even call them a heather, I really love them!!!

So the pink 36″ longer socks I got are the thick & buggies right? They seem like it…they’re super cozy.

looks like she got a special order cause they don’t seem to be list – are they 36, 40 or 50? same as the new 50’s?

nope, they’re listed…just as purple. they’re the 40″ longersocks… :)

oh yeah — they’re the ones Niq modelled; I ordered the new grey 50’s and wonder if they’re thinner too. I thought they might be handy for winter walking and hope they don’t fall down too easily. : )

When you look at the long socks page, the white 40’s look thinner than the grey 50’s and you wonder if thinner ones just don’t stay up very well – maybe they’re made different – would they not be as warm or are thicker ones too warm? These are mysteries of the universe. : )
