Hi Niqkita,
I just placed an order earlier today for some kilt socks. I’m already so anxious to get them! I have a question for you, and actually all of your customers…what do people usually order in the summertime? What kinds of socks are people wearing when it gets warmer? Would it be odd to see someone wearing a mini and OTK socks in the summer? It probably would be here in California — it gets too dang hot. Are people just wearing socks with their tennies like everyone else in the summertime? I hope it never gets hot…

from anyone & everyone…
I personally spent many years in so. cal in my youth and find cold to be a relative thing, here in the pacific northwest I get used to temps in the 50s being on the warm side but when I lived down there I could be cold when it dipped below 70 and would have welcomed long socks even in summertime. Right now I’m longing for warmer weather to show these off…

I’ve worn the satin anklets and lace anklets with my mini’s during the warmer weather. I get a few jealous looks from some girls, but the guys love it!

here down south we get heat indexes over 100 fairly often, so i stick to the anklets and such–HOWEVER…summer means time for stockings!!!! stripeys and fishnets and otk pretty things!!! yay!!

i love to wear otk socks in the summer with little dresses or shorts! i especially love being able to do inpromtu changes in the style.. like wearing longsocks or sweater socks pushed down like slouch socks during the day, then pulling them up over the knees as evening arrives or when entering an airconditioned building. i just adore the surprised looks i get when i sit down and tug my socks up to my thighs. ;o)
