yesterday morning I woke up in my lavender sweater socks and realized these would fit people with fairly large feet as they are almost too comfortably loose on mine.
Still wearing the sweater leg warmers from the walk the day before…

my goal today was to build the new longsocks page, my plan is to arrange them so that the varying lengths & thicknesses make more sense. Did I accomplish this goal? no, but I did update alot of other important pages like shipping & frequently asked questions. Tonight I sat down to work again, this time I got caught up in updating the little known gallery pages (yes, I intentionally keep them tucked away, but they can be reached in two clicks from this page, go to foot links on the left), just little stuff, again, no new links were added I just fixed their format & alignment…

You know whats really cozy? the EG Smith no foot boots over my soft pink 36 inchers…

While I work on the longsocks pages here is a letter from a girl I helped select the perfect length and color, unfortunately it was one of my minor goofs (I’m now up to four for the month), I sent her a pair with the ribbed arch instead of the unribbed…
Well, I’d grown too attached to my pink socks to want to return them…yesterday I wore them with some tan mary janes (and a too short skirt, and a too long coat!) and decided that the foot ribbing didn’t look weird at all. I got a lot of looks and a few compliments — they’re very nice! I was also happy that I was as warm as I would be wearing pants. I wore them during the day without the sock garters, double cuffed, and they stayed up pretty well, but started to fall after a couple hours of shopping. Later at dinner I put the garters on, and they definitely helped. Perhaps next I’ll try the black or the white, since I liked the pink so much…unless I try out the gray or tan kilt socks. ::sigh:: I was wondering if you’d ever seen nylon leg “warmers.” I saw an ad for Fleurs clothing where the models were wearing these leg warmers that reminded me of your top stripes. They were definitely not slouchy, and looked really nice with high heels. Maybe I’ll scan you a picture? Anyway, thank you!
Xoxo,

…and, I’m now on the lookout for those leg warmers
