I met this lovely tree today, it lives with a sweet little house I was admiring earlier today. For my days’ outing I wore my brick red otk socks, they stayed over my knees without much assistance, just the occasional tug if they slipped a bit. I wore them to show some red contrast with the leg warmers I dyed fire red Monday. At first I was disappointed because I was hoping for a deeper red. Unfortunately I was short on dye so they are a bit softer than planned. I actually like them now that I see them as they are instead of what I wanted them to be, the red is even & true, but what to call them? Originally they were going to be fields of fire now I’m thinking red hots…
