Hosiery Mate
The easy fifteen-second wash that extends the life of your hosiery. Why a special wash for hosiery?
Each time you launder your hosiery with soap or detergent, especially in a washing machine, the nylon fibers deteriorate. Weakened fibers are more susceptible to runs, snags, and sagging. Hosiery Mate is a gentle one-step wash that cleans, conditions, and deodorizes hose in just three minutes. This unique, patented formula also strengthens and softens delicate fibers to prolong wearlife. Hosiery Mate also eliminates static cling and preserves elasticity and color. You will love the silkier feel and lavender scent of your cleaner, fresher hosiery after this treatment. Made in the USA.
Fiber Content: Hosiery Mate contains no phosphates, bleach, or dyes. Cleaning agents are biodegradable.
Sizing Tips: An eight-ounce bottle of Hosiery Mate, or sample pack including two-ounce bottles of the Hosiery Mate and Lingerie Mate.
Hand Wash: Pour two capfuls or ½ ounce of Hosiery Mate® into one gallon of warm water. Swish garment gently for 15 seconds. Squeeze out excess moisture. No need to rinse. Follow drying instructions on garment label.
Machine Wash: Add two ounces of Hosiery Mate® to a small load. Use warm water. HE machine approved.

How does it work?
Adding Hosiery Mate to water releases an emulsified resin polymer that electrostatically bonds to the fibers. It creates a protective coating while allowing the mild detergent system to lift out soil and perspiration. The soil is then kept in suspension and removed in the water, rather than redeposit onto the hosiery, so each pair comes out clean. Rinsing is unnecessary.
Currently, Hosiery Mate has pierced the foil seal on these bottles with a tiny hole to reduce pressure buildup. The contents are still sanitary and untouched as this process is part of their manufacture and bottling.
