Long Orkney Angora leg warmers
Thirty inches long - the ultimate in warmth & luxury! You can pull these up over your knees or wear them scrunched down at your ankles, they are perfect to wear over your pants to keep the chill out of your boots. They have no elastic, so if you want them to stay up, be sure to add a pair of sock garters.
Fiber Content: 50% angora, 50% lambs wool.
Soft and silky, angora fiber has a fluffy halo and hollow fibers that create a fantastic thermal wool. Its super cozy properties can be beneficial for arthritis and other cold-induced aches and pains. Angora fiber can only be produced by Angora rabbits (Angora goats produce mohair) and grooming their fur is a necessary part of their health care, they can get hairballs just like cats! There are some great facts about angora wool on its page for the 2009 International Year of Natural Fibers.
Lovingly hand-dyed, some pairs of the Navy and Chocolate Brown may have slightly darker irregularities.Sizing Tips: Approximately twenty-six inches long; top cuff stretches to about 19 inches, bottom cuff stretches to about 12 inches.

We recommend hand washing these in cold or cool water, roll in a towel to remove excess moisture and reshape before drying flat.
