O Basics Knee Socks

I decided to order these because the extraordinary thigh-highs ended up being a little too high for my short stubby legs. Just as I hoped, the seafoam and lilac socks ended up being a respectable mid-thigh height on me. But for some reason the pink socks are shorter? You can the difference in the two photos where I'm wearing the same skirt. Just to check that my eyes weren't deceiving me, I lined them up (on top of my whale plushie) to compare, and yeah, the pink socks are significantly shorter than the other two colors. I'd say they're more of a true OTK, just barely going over my knees.

It doesn't bother me too much, and I can still make them work, but it is a bit confusing lol. The material is different from the Extraordinary Thigh Highs, not quite as smooth, but still very comfortable. I wore them out in 70 degree weather without a problem. They stay up well on their own, though I'd still use glue if I'm wearing them all day. I also like how I can wear them cuffed below the knee and they still look good. Makes them very versatile!

Love these socks! They are high quality, dense. I feel like I should save them for special occasions, LOL. The length comes to over my knee and from there I can choose to keep 'em high or fold them to under the knee or scrunch them up. I live in Phoenix and cannot wear these in the summer as they are too thick for that. But they are perfect for fall/winter with a dress/skirt or as scrunchie with leggings.

Initially got these socks to try because I couldn't find my over-the-knee sock go to choice. I was pleasantly surprised, these are not scratchy or too thin yet they are breathable.

They are exactly what I need since it doesn't get too cold where I am but I do appreciate having a cute over the knee sock that I can wear when it's a bit windy.
