Layered Tulle Petticoat
While these always had a generous fit the larger size hangs nicely over fuller hips. The softest of our petticoat styles. These are really fluffy and bouncy, with two layers with ruffled edges that won't irritate your legs. They are extra foofy when layered, you can mix or match colors for extra flair.
Fiber Content: 100% polyester. Made in China.

Sizing Tips: Regular stretches to about 38 inches at the waist, may be tight beyond that. Fifteen inches long.
Larger size is 1X - 2X, tested on a US pant size 16-18 and it fit great. It really would fit larger too! We've found it stretches to about 50 inches.

A little extra warmth without bulk is perfect for the cold gym, but I'm finding that I love them as a sleeve extension under sweaters and thermals. If you don't know about arm warmers-- get educated!
