Full of ruffles and intrigue, petticoats have long been used to add body and swing to skirts and dresses. They are also called underskirts, pettiskirts, or crinolines (after the net fabric often used to make them). They are traditionally worn under skirts, but they can be really fun to wear on top of pants, leggings, long socks, or stockings. We will probably never have a full line of these to choose from, but we couldn't resist carrying a few simple, inexpensive styles so that everyone can have the fun of a sexy ruffle around their waist, flouncing about their hips and thighs...
