Fiber Content: Handmade with elastic, nickel-plated snaps, hand sewn little fluffy pompoms, and thread.

Sizing Tips: Medium to large, up to 20 inches. They have two snaps to adjust width. The pompoms hang down about 5 inches.

Beware: cats have been known to go crazy when these walk by!
