Label says: One size fits most, 90-160 lbs ...and thanks to the wonders of laces, these really will fit a "wider" range of folks than many "one size" stockings. Keep in mind the wider or longer your leg the lower they will reach and the less cinched the laces will be.
Thighs pictured are 19 inches wide at the tops, so even smaller thighs can wear these without the laces being too close together.
