Sweetheart Striped Thigh High
Red striped with a pink so delicate it's nearly white and a red heart printed on the top band. These stay up pretty well on their own so adding garters is totally optional. Leg Avenue label.

23 inches long unstretched, no formed heel. Will easily fit thighs up to 23 inches around.
