An amazing 80% merino wool, lightly ribbed thigh high with color-coded cuffs in four sizes! They may be designed for people who wear waders and are involved in winter sports, but that doesn't mean they won't feel perfectly made for staying cozy around the house. Fiber Content:
80% merino, 20% nylon/elastane blend.
Pre shrunk and pre-washed. Suitable for warm water wash. Add fabric softener or layer over cotton for even more comfort.
Sizing Tips:
28 inches long from top of cuff to heel, top stretch is about 19-20 inches. Cuff is 5 inches tall, with the color-coded top band a little over one inch wide.
Comes in four, color-coded foot sizes, listed below in US shoe sizes:
Blue Band/2-5: up to women's 8, up to men's 9
Red Band/6-9: women's 9-12, men's 8-10.5
Grey Band/10-12: women's 13+, men's 11.5-13.5
Green Band/13+: women's 15+, men's 14.5+
We've found that if you're around an average women's shoe size 8.5-9, the Red Band size will work best.

The new NZ mill has re-created these with a softer feel a slightly larger weave and a bit brighter colored cuff.
These work well for men, women and teenagers and although they are not soft we didn't find them itchy either. People who are sensitive to wool should be careful though.
