Angora wool custom made in the Orkney islands of Scotland from the fur shorn from happy healthy bunnies, no bunnies die or suffer in the making of these products!
All of the Orkney Angora styles utilize the unique thermal properties of angora wool (angora has been shown to be up to three times warmer than sheep's wool). Knitted (with fully fashioned heels) from a luxuriously soft 50% angora
50% lambswool yarn and particularly beneficial to those prone to cold feet - they also make ideal bed socks. No elastic at top, just lightly ribbed.
Because these are such a unique high end item handmade by a small company far far away we can only order limited amounts at a time.
