Fiber Content:
100% wool with just a little bit of elastic to keep them stretchy.
It looks like there is elastic at both ends of the Black and Navy ones, and only at one end of the Russet, Raincloud, Sable, and Wisteria.
Sizing Tips:
The body of the legwarmer has plenty of stretch, but the elastic on the cuffs will only go up to 19 inches around, and will be most comfortable on 17 inches or less. There are slight variations by color, but this seems to be the general range.
