Faux Lace Up Knee Highs
Super sweet with hearts where the rivets would be for the faux lace up detail. These play nicely with Victorian & steampunkish attire and are solid black on the back. The label calls these "Keen Highs", but with a lace ruffle and a polka dot ribbon at the cuff, that's not really a misnomer. Leg Avenue label.

Sizing Tips:
13 inches from heel to top of cuff. Good top stretch, to at least 18 inches around.
