Returns Policy
Something wrong with your order?
- We check all items in outgoing orders for visible defects and accuracy before being sent out. If you find that we’ve missed something we will gladly replace the item or give you store credit towards another item.
- If you’ve received a damaged item, or the wrong item was sent to you, please write us within 7 days of the delivery date and let us know the issue with your order and we will take care of it ASAP . You do not need to fill out the Return Authorization Form in these instances. Please write us for instructions.
- Intimate wear (tights, panties, leggings, etc.) that were received in damaged condition, will be replaced just like socks and stockings, regardless of packaging.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for responses to return queries.

- If you find that an item or items from your order did not work out for you, please follow the link below. If your return falls with in our returns parameters as outlined in our policy, please fill out the Return Authorization Form, fill it out, sign it, and send it along with your return to

Sock Dreams Return Authorization Form and Policy
- Items returned that fall outside our returns policy, or are returned without this form and a signature, will be disposed of, and no credit will be processed.
- The items must be returned to us (post marked) within 6 weeks of the payment date given on your invoice.
- For returns of more than 5 items per month a 15% re-stocking fee may deducted from your credit/refund .
- Once we have received your return package and the contents have been checked in, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to resolve your return query.
- In order to speed up the returns process for our customers, we’ve stopped issuing straight exchanges on returns. If you wish to exchange an item for something different, you may opt for store credit that you may use toward a new online order. Please see the return form to review all of your options.
Items eligible for a return:
- For the safety and hygiene of our customers and employees, we cannot accept returns on intimate wear, such as panties, leggings, hosiery and tights that have been removed from their packaging. Intimate items returned in any condition other than that in which it was sent will be disposed of and no credit will be issued.
- Items cannot be returned if they have been actively worn, or washed. Items that have been worn or washed and are returned to us will be disposed of, and no credit will be issued.
- Any items still new in package are eligible for store credit or refund.
- Items taken out and then put back in their package will not be considered "new in package".
- Returns on non-intimate items that have been removed from their packages may be returned in exchange for store credit.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- All sales are final on clearance items.
Sizing/Color/Fiber Info
- Please read all sizing information located at the bottom of each individual sock page before ordering your socks to help ensure accurate fit. See our sizing page for more information on sock sizing. Keep your expectations realistic, if your legs are wide, thin, long or short your results may vary.
- We work very hard to accurately represent the color, sizing & integrity of the items. Colors can be tricky as monitors can vary in tone quite a bit; my violet may look bluer to you, ect.
- Most fibers get softer with each washing, if you have a problem with a sock being scratchy it may just need to be washed. Please write so that we can determine if it is a natural occurrence and what steps need to be taken to remedy it.
